| Our COO personally oversees all of our technical productions
and services. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the technological
field. His formal education consists of an A.A. in Electrical Engineering,
a B.S. in Computer Sciences, a B.S. in Mathematics, a M.S. in Computer
Sciences, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems. He obtained his doctorate
from Nova University in the state of Florida (home of the Miami Dolphins!).
He has recently served as a President of a NASDAQ listed company.
